We are meeting to dance, drum and rise for a better future

This is the third year I've organised an event for Preston. THe creative Communities group UK at UCLAN have helped bring this event together.

I work to empower women to be who they are with power, presence and passion.
Dance and movement is an amazing way to release and re pattern. It's fun and gets you smiling.
