In Central Park in downtown Winter Haven, FL we will be drumming and dancing to celebrate the strength and beauty of women and girls. A short talk will be given by Sheryl Schwab, director of Peace River Center. Anyone wishing to join the Flash Mob may do so by contacting Bernie Warren at
[email protected] who will be teaching the dance in Bartow or Cristina Braun at
[email protected] or Terri Kowalski at
[email protected].
Come and help us make a huge statement that violence towards women and girls is not acceptable.
Polk State College is sponsoring a National Juried Art Exhibition on their Winter Haven campus from February 1 to 24, 2016.
