Nia is a transformational movement practice anchored in body-centred awareness. It blends the latest mind body science with ancient wisdom and draws on the chemistry of nine movement forms: Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Jazz, Modern Dance, Duncan Dance, Yoga, the Alexander Technique and the work of Moshe Feldenkrais®.
Mandy has been practicing Nia for 9 years and has completed White Belt, Green Belt and Blue Belt training. She’s an accredited Nia Teacher and passionate about using movement for pleasure, fitness and self-healing.
