Take time to heal yourself and help others heal...
Join the Triangle Nia community and 5 licensed Nia teachers for a 90-minute dance jam focusing on strength and healing. Our 2nd annual Nia jam in association with the global campaign to eradicate violence against women, One Billion Rising, will support a very worthy non-profit organization, Boulder Crest Retreat in Bluemont, Virginia. Boulder Crest is dedicated to healing combat veterans and their families, including survivors of MST and PTSD, and relies solely on private funds to make their retreats free to those they serve.
Cost: $10/additional donations welcome
About The Organization
Triangle Nia
Triangle Nia is a professional organization of currently licensed Nia® instructors in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area ("the Triangle") of North Carolina.
Our mission is to promote the Nia Technique® in the Triangle area and support licensed teachers in developing and mastering the principles of the Nia Technique.
