The Youth Council of the City of Mostar is a body composed of the representatives of the founders, associations and NGOs dealing with youth issues from the City of Mostar and represents the youth associations from the list that is kept at the authoritative Department, that is the Department for Youth Issues, Education and Sport of the City of Mostar.The organization was registered on the 29th of September, 2010 at the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Local Self-Government of the Herzegovina – Neretva Canton in Mostar under the number: R-1034/10 in book III (three) of the Register.
The target group of the organization is the youth, but other members of the local community as well.

The youth should be the factor affecting the creation of its surrounding, and therefore contribute not only to the surrounding, but to the development of the whole community.

The Youth Council of the City of Mostar with its activity strives to help young people in solving their problems of educational, informational, cultural, sport and entertainment character and their inclusion in public life.
