About The Event
Orlando, FL will be rising at midnight on Valentine's Day in order to show our support for One Billion Rising. We stand and we dance to bring the much needed attention to the very real dangers of being a female in our modern world. Our wish is so that all females are able to live in a safe and nurturing society without the harsh realities of sexual, emotional and physical abuse that are endured today.
We will have live music and local area vendors who all support women's and girl's rights. We will also have a giveaway of three pairs of tickets to the weekend's performances of "The Vagina Monologues"
We will end the evening with "The Vagina Monologues" performed by local actresses at a local theater.
