One Billion Rising "Flash Mob" dancing to Rise, Resist, Unite! On February 14th @ 12:00 noon women, children and men will dance in our First Annual One Billion Rising Flash Mob! Hosted by Capella Centre Women's Shelter, the entire community is invited to join in and dance with us in an act of solidarity.

Capella Centre is the Women's Emergency and Second Stage Shelter in St. Paul, Alberta. Capella Centre provides safety, security and various residential and outreach supports and services for women and children who have experienced family violence or are at risk of experiencing violence.
