I'd really like to invite you to participate this year in Rising with One Billion Women & Men around the world in a powerful Dance Revolution about Empowering Women to break free of the chains induced by culture, sexual violence & abuse! This is less about waging war and more about Freedom, Empowerment, Awareness & Support!! Lets shed light together on this age old, taboo issue once and for all and do so with Passion, Community Support & Fierce Love! Lets dance with survivors, thrivers, their families & friends. Let's dance if we've never been "victims", but can understand the pain. Lets dance if we believe the world can become safer for women and old gender roles can transform! Lets dance for a Better Tomorrow! ♥ (okay my inner Revolutionary just came out, haha :p)

**My vision is to set up a Flashmob dance outside in Meridian Hill Park, DC on Febuary 14th, where we can gather to Dance out loud together! Does anyone have any experience with this that would like to collaborate?! Please let me know as soon as you can, thank you!! ♥

Monica Hayes is a holistic healing practitioner in the DC area, passionate about empowering women to be their Vibrant Goddess Selves. She teaches yoga & a specific class about igniting the Goddess within called "Playful Goddess Flow", a combination of yoga & dance! She also gives traditional & intuitive Thai Massages to help relieve emotional pain or trauma from the body.
