Northside, College Hill and neighbors rise with dance. One Billion Rising Flashmob scheduled for Friday, Feb. 13 at 7ish. . It's after a performance that would make a good Valentine's Day outing with your special one or group of friends. So, if you don't want to flash, come watch
Dress rehearsal is Tuesday, the 10th at 6 pm, same secret location.
