About The Event
Join us for Duncan's annual One Billion Rising. This lunch hour event is on Thursday March 8, noon until 1 pm. We're working on programming and will update as we go. We'll definitely be doing the One Billion Rising Dance, including holding some practice sessions in the Cowichan Intercultural Society classroom on St. Julian Street.
