Children have the right to be free from violence, the fear of exploitation and have a safe life provided for themselves and their families. It is time for our state policy makers to enforce tougher penalties and provide financial support to victim support services! There are currently NO PROGRAMS in New Mexico for youth who have escaped trafficking.
