About The Event
I am the Event Coordinator for the Bridgewater State University Beta Chi Chapter of Phi Alpha, the National Social Work Honor Society. My chapter, along with BSU's Sorority Phi Sigma Sigma, is planning to host an advocacy event regarding domestic and sexual violence against women. We are coordinating a march through Walk a Mile and Take Back the Night on April 15th on our University campus. We are welcoming various representatives from local Anti-Violence agencies to speak prior to our march.
That being said, I have truly been inspired by "One Billion Rising" and would like to incorporate our own version of the dance to "Break the Chain" in order to initiate the one mile march.

I am the Event Coordinator for the Bridgewater State University Beta Chi Chapter of Phi Alpha, the National Social Work Honor Society. I plan to personally incorporate "Break the Chain" in our event on April 15th. I am currently a BSW Senior at BSU and have spent several years working to advocate for various social causes.
