About The Event
There will be a 2.5 kilometer march from the city market up to the People's Hall of Santiago City. Along the way, different groups or sectors of the society will perform flash dance to the tune of the local OBR theme which is entitled "Bangon Babae Bangon" (Rise Women Rise).
At the People's Hall, a brief program will be held capped by community dancing to the music of OBR Philippines.
This activity will be led and participated in by the City Government of Santiago in Northern Philippines
