About The Event
This is a one hour Nia dance event with the focus on OBR. All proceeds will be donated to our local women's shelter, although if you can only donate your love, energy and time, you are still more than welcome!
The Awaken Wellness Centre is generously hosting this event.
Later, there will be 2 dance demonstrations in public venues to the OBR anthem, Break the Chain. I have linked a choreo learning video below.
11am at Conestoga Mall, Waterloo - the food court hallway.
Noon at Kitchener Farmer's Market - bottom of the main stairs inside.
Wear red, pink and/or black - or all three, to demonstrate solidarity and add to the visual spectacle!
