About The Event
PraveenLata Sansthan aims to create a safe environment for women and with this aim we drive awareness program in name of JAGRITI across Rajasthan. This year we are looking for your support and encourage everyone to take action and spread a word on Women Empowerment. It’s all about educating and supporting women who need us to help them grow and groom
Why do we run awareness program & why should you support?
Gender Violence, Gender Discrimination and Inequality can be seen across the globe which happens due to lack of education and awareness, Through this campaign we calls on individuals and groups around the world to support us to create a awareness Platform to educate the world to end all forms of violence against women & discrimination happening across the communities.
We are celebrating this as “Orange Day” – a day to take action to raise awareness.
We at PraveenLata Sansthan have taken a note on the current issues around our Places and are willing to appreciate the efforts of Working Women’s from various sectors from Ground Level areas. We can definitely spread the word of mouth and educate others to stop discrimination and end violence.
Because this is an opportunity to reflect, rejoice and recharge ourselves together in community with women all across the globe. It’s also a day to connect with one another physically, virtually and spiritually and take a oath to celebrate being a women.
How are we aiming to celebrate this Year (3rd April 2014)
• We have tied up with Cinepolis and are organizing a special Free Movie Screening (Laxmi A Realistic Movie about Child Trafficking,DOmestic Vioelence & Prostituition faced by a 14 years girl who was sold out by her parents due to poverty) for Women from Various Corporate, Schools, Women Club, Media Sector
• All Womens joining us are requested to be in orange costume to support our cause : JAGRITI “Orange Your World Campaign”
• We are organizing a signature campaign to support us for the program
About The Organization
PraveenLata Sansthan
PraveenLata Sansthan is a Jaipur based Non-Governmental Organization. It was registered in the April 2013, under society Registration Act 1958. The Primary focus of Praveen Lata Sansthan is on the problems of the poor and their struggle to obtain a life of justice and dignity to achieve Environment Stabilization, Food Security and Empowerment of the community for self-governance. Child Welfare & Women Empowerment is our Main Focus Areas. Rural and Urban development are the primary areas of concern for which Praveen Lata Sansthan aims to Work.
