About The Event
We will be creating our flashmob in the downtown of Huntsville near the Huntsville Town Hall , across for the Great Vine, and the music will be played for everyone who can gather to fill the sidewalks with dance and movement . Lets create awareness and action to stop the violence against women and children in the world.
The Music is BREAK THE CHAINS and the CHOREOGRAPHY IS DEBBIE ALLEN.
There are many sites to see the music and learn but come out anyway and do your thing, just remember to break the chains , it is a great experience and very powerful and it is happening around the world.
About The Organizer
Peggy Peterson
I am a local citizen who has been advocating for women and I danced last year for the first time in out local mall. I have been active locally with the issue of the missing and murdered Indigenous women in Canada, with Sisters in Spirit and Walking With Our Sisters.
There was nothing being organised this year so we have managed to pull this together short notice .
We may not get 300 thie year but we we still dance.
Thanks for the opportunity to dance worldwide, it is powerful.
