V-Day is a global movement to end violence against women and girls. V-Day is a catalyst that encourages grassroots events to increase awareness, raise money, and revitalise the spirit of existing anti-violence organisations. V-Day generates broader attention for the fight to stop violence against women and girls, including rape, assault, incest, female genital mutilation (FGM), and sex slavery.

IWD Derby
IWD (International Women's Day) Derby is a non-profit group of volunteers who plan the city's annual festival to mark IWD.
