Disco lights on, music on. Dance! no teacher, no talking, just freestyle dancing.
Dance Dance Party Party is a women-only freestyle dance session happening all over this great Earth. But what does that mean? Women from all ages enter a dark room with a bunch of strangers, dance their asses off to an eclectic mix of dance songs, and leave as friends, refreshed. It's like reliving that late-night dance party from a sleep-over party you had when you were 10. It also just so happens to be incredible exercise that you don't even realize you're doing.
Women can schedule a DJ session with their respective chapter to spin their favourite hour-long mix of dance songs.

Den Mother and founder of Dance Dance Party Party Vauxhall London, Sarah-Jane (AKA MC Magic Miller) has been facilitating the ladies only dance experience that is Dance Dance Party Party Vauxhall London for one year! Dance Dance Party Party gave me a safe space to dance in anyway I choose without judgement and experience the joy of being in my body. As a by product of dancing like a windmill every Thursday (no judgement here) I have dropped two dress sizes and gained a supportive community of women who love to dance. I have gained self belief and self confidence. Come and try for yourself!
