About The Event
CrossFit Perseus will host a 12:00 and 1:00 PM self-defense course for ladies over 13. Our instructors and guest instructors will demonstrate and help us practice self-defense techniques so that we can take justice into our own hands. Donations for the Family Life Abuse Center in Mount Vernon will be collected the whole week before during regular class hours.
