About The Organizer

Janice P. Hudson, PhD.

Dr. Hudson is a Human Capacity Development Consultant and Coach who has served as adjunct faculty at Springfield College for 16 years. Passionate about social justice issues and the protection of human dignity, Dr. Hudson uses an interdisciplinary approach to creating transformational learning environments within and outside of academia. As an advocate for women and youth, Dr. Hudson believes that the ongoing development and sustainability of any society depends on its ability to provide opportunities for meaningful inclusion of all citizens. Her over twenty five years of experience in the corporate, human/social service, and educational arenas, have afforded her extensive opportunities to touch the lives of many people. She appreciates this as a privilege that keeps her committed to enhancing the human experience through development, education, and the enhancement of cross-cultural relationships through dialogue.
