About The Event

After participating in a week-long series of teacher and student-led workshops on justice, gender equality and dance as a means of peaceful protest, The Brooklyn International High School's 350 students will engage in a flashmob to take a stand against gender inequality and all forms of gender based violence. The students and their teachers will leave The Brooklyn International High School and walk to Cadman Plaza in Brooklyn where they will perform the dance.
