In addition to groups active in various genres, including gender equality, various events such as marches and workshops will be held! Last year, more than 4,000 people visited. This year, it will be held on 6/28 (Sun.). In the hall, each group will perform the Break the Chain dance to let many people know about the Break the Chain movement. The venue will be enlivened by a variety of dances, including BTC dances with original choreography by each group. Wearing the theme color purple, it is an event where the audience will be excited as one. In November, a group including participating organizations will hold an event in front of the station. Let's boost BTC together!

About The Organization

Kawasaki Gender Equality center

The Kawasaki City Gender Equality Center is a base facility that promotes gender equality measures in Kawasaki City based on the "Gender Equality Kawasaki Ordinance".
The nickname "scrum 21," which was selected through a public call for citizens, reflects the idea that in the 21st century, all men and women will hold hands, shoulder to shoulder, help each other, and support each other, expanding their circle of activities and aiming for the realization of a gender-equal society.
We will start by understanding the current situation regarding gender equality in Kawasaki City and visualizing the issues. We will share these issues with various entities such as local companies, organizations, institutions, schools, neighborhood associations, and NPOs, and promote efforts to realize gender equality through cooperation and cooperation.
