We are a community interest company, with a mission to provide all children, young people and adults across the UK with appropriate tools enabling them to be their own first line of defence, preventing them from victimisation. Our core value is that we all have the right to feel safe all the time.

Therefore, we believe everyone has the right to be given the tools to enable this. We offer a down-to-earth, practical approach to personal safety. Our projects incorporate a simple, flexible and effective approach, which is inclusive and accessible to everyone.

The Directors of C.O.V have all had real life experience of both being victimised and being involved with the care system from childhood; and so we feel very passionate about trying to prevent this happening to the children and young people of today.
