The Durham Crisis Response Center for over twenty years has been the sole provider of comprehensive shelter and support services in the Durham area, providing counseling, legal advocacy, support groups, and shelter to survivors and their families in the aftermath of domestic or sexual violence. DCRC also offers prevention workshops and training to faith-based organizations, schools, the general public and professionals throughout the Triangle. Your support ensures that DCRC can serve survivors of domestic and sexual violence 24 hours each day, 365 days each year.
Triangle Nia is an association of licensed Nia Teachers whose focus is to share the Nia Technique® in the Triangle. Nia is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit - body, mind, emotion, and spirit.
Living Arts Collective venue is a host for classes, workshops, socials and performances while providing a safe space for artists to create, rehearse, teach and share ideas. Designed to foster artistic expression and cultural preservation by curating a safe hub for the exchanging of resources, practices and ideas to develop socially progressive strategies for conscious living and the reclaiming of our humanity.
