About The Event
We will celebrate our 2nd Annual OBR event on February 13th in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. We plan to do it in the local park or the City Auditorium if inclement weather. We have singers, speakers from the Purple Flower Domestic Violence Resource and Support Center and the County Sheriff. We hope to eventually build a shelter in Carroll County. Arkansas is in the top 5 states for domestic violence, rape and homocide.
