About The Event
We are gathering any and all who will join us to stand, rise, and dance in solidarity with all women across the planet who are victims of exploitation. We will all meet at Sandy's Health and Wellness on Sunday morning and we will be dancing with drums to the One Billion Rising Dance in our parking lot, and hopefully we will be such a large group we will spill over into the Lakota Plaza parking lot next door. We will be filming the event and are hoping to raise awareness in our community by the mass amount women and men dancing in solidarity. We are going to be offering free classes to teach the community the dance leading up to the event.
