About The Event
We have an event coming up called Social Justice Week. We have set the dates for Monday, March 23rd through Friday, March 27th. This will be a week long of events primarily in our ballrooms in the Student Center Building. The weeks prior to the event we will be having a fundraiser and awareness about the events. We are gaining faculty support for the event and partnering with other clubs on campus to help run the events. So far, we have 20 organizations participating in the week's events, hosting workshops, showing documentaries, panels, talks, lectures, and tabling. We would be honored to have your organization on our campus during the week. Please let me know if you would like to be involved!
About The Organization
Sociology: Social Justice and Activism Club at Sonoma State
Our club's purpose is to build awareness of the discipline of Sociology, to promote social justice, and encourage community involvement and student activism. We will host topical speakers and social events for club members and the community.
