Just a few small steps and 30 minutes of your time this V-Day could change one billion lives. Across the world, 1 in 3 women have experienced sexual, physical, emotional or other assault/violence, and that equals one billion individuals. (Of course this affects men too!) One billion people violated is an atrocity. But One Billion Rising is a revolution. Here in the Fort we are joining this worldwide call to action - a call to simply come together and DANCE in solidarity, to show that we are serious about ending violence against women and against everyone.

Absolutely anyone can participate in One Billion Rising FW. If you don't think you dance, you will still make a huge difference by showing up and being a part of the crowd! (And you just may surprise yourself..) The goal is to leave our jobs, homes, schools etc. on V-Day, Feb. 14th, and take a stand for honor and respect for all through dancing. More details to come.
