Students from UP Baguio held a One Billion Rising for Revolution event at the closing day of their semester 11 December, 2015 in their annual “Pasiklaban” event where they hold a lantern parade around the campus with a program after. Hundreds danced the OBR Revolution dance in preparation for the bigger February Rising.
